How do I change elements?No elements should be changed by yourself. Service should only be done by an electrician. Guarantee will be lost if service is done by any other person than the producer itself.

What faults are covered by the guarantee?Only fault with the elements or the electric wire are covered by the guarantee. No damages are covered. Save the payment receipt as this is your proof of guarantee.
